Over about a month, you'll have the opportunity to explore an extensive array of options—all conveniently housed under one roof. From choosing finishes to adding unique touches, our design studio serves as the hub where your vision will come to life. We prioritize your involvement with pre-scheduled benchmark meetings held at key phases—pre-drywall, pre-construction, and pre-closing. These meetings guarantee that you are engaged throughout the entire construction journey. As construction nears completion, we offer a final opportunity for you to see your house before the closing, ensuring that every detail meets your expectations. Leading up to the closing day, we take care of all the necessary paperwork, facilitating a smooth transition. The closing day marks the culmination of the construction journey—You made it!  Once you've closed, your home is ready for you to move in and start the next chapter.

Welcome home! Now that you’re settled in, it’s time to enjoy the benefits of your new home with confidence. Our team is committed to supporting you every step of the way. Your 1-Year Limited Warranty, beginning on the date of your home closing, provides peace of mind as you embark on this journey.
