Warranty Overview
Our homeowners are at the center of everything we do. Your Beechen and Dill home comes with a One Year Limited Warranty against defects in the materials specified in the warranty and workmanship, effective on the date you close on your home. Within your 1-year warranty period, you have two service opportunities: a 60-day check-in and an 11-month warranty appointment. After service has been completed, a warranty feedback survey will be emailed to you. Your opinions are valued, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction even after the completion of the home.

Buildertrend
We use Buildertrend, a project management software program, to manage communication and keep information about your home in one place. Each client has a secure account with a log-in. Your selections, change orders, and warranty information are all stored and tracked in the software, and you can access the information anytime. After closing, if you have a warranty issue or questions, you can enter your claim in your Buildertrend account. All warranty items are tracked and updated, providing you with current information. There is also a discussion tab that allows you to communicate your questions with our Beechen and Dill Service & Warranty team, assuring that you get a timely reply.
