This position will be in charge of selling all of the homes in this unique development. You will work out of a beautiful custom home/model and customers will come to you! This is a huge income opportunity for the right individual, $100,000 plus is within reach your first year. No previous new home sales required. Successful new home sales professionals have come from many different professional backgrounds such as high end retail, luxury automotive sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, service industry and advertising sales, just to name a few. • Daily field walk of each home under construction (quality control, verify schedule/options/cleanliness/site safety) • Manage municipal inspections and perform customer orientations • Assist with permit applications and certificate of occupancy • Utilize B&D checklists to ensure quality and design are met to our expectation • Ensure daily cleanliness of jobsite (common areas, vacant lots, model home, storage areas) • Provide first class customer service experience (including orientations with customer) • Complete all required reports on a regular basis (Production Summary Report, SWPPP site management) • Assist Director of Construction with misc. tasks/projects. • Maintain construction management online software (schedules, documents, site photos, redlines) • Meet weekly with sales staff
• College Degree: Construction Management or similar field preferred • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields • Familiarity with construction management software • Strong leadership qualities • Positive and outgoing attitude, team player • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Strong follow-up skills • Outstanding customer service skills • Ability to multitask • Strong sense of urgency • Valid driver’s license • No criminal record (subject to background check) • Non-smoker, no drug use • No solicitation of customers • Provide own vehicle to work (Orland Park)…will use company vehicle between jobs
