“We’ve been building homes in Chicago’s southwest suburbs since 1972 and we’re thrilled to continue that tradition with Greystone Ridge,” Beechen & Dill Homes president Matt Dill said. At Greystone Ridge, Beechen & Dill builds upon its celebrated track record of cutting-edge design and high-quality homes. The community features seven different two-story and ranch plans ranging in size from 2,200 square feet to more than 4,100. Prices start in the upper $400,000s.

Three of the community’s seven available home plans – the Aspen, Boulder and Keystone – are all past recipients of “Home of the Month” honors from the Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association, a nod to the dynamic architecture and craftsmanship central to Beechen & Dill-built homes.

“We pride ourselves on offering home plans with compelling architecture and eye-catching details in and out” said Dill, a past recipient of the Home Builders Association of Illinois’ “Builder of the Year” award.

Greystone Ridge will also feature Beechen & Dill’s latest home plan, the 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Silverton. A 3,600-square foot home, the Silverton features nine foot ceilings throughout its first floor, an open kitchen with a breakfast nook, a master suite with dual walkin closets and a three-car garage.

A fully decorated model of the Silverton will be available for viewing at the Greystone Ridge Grand Opening event on May 21.

Contemporary design for 21st century living defines life at Greystone Ridge. From inviting, open concept layouts, energy efficient construction and smart home technology to hardwood flooring and granite countertops, Beechen & Dill embraces the best of modern design. The forward-thinking firm can also add in custom flair, as Beechen & Dill’s extensive custom home building background leaves no desired feature off the table.

“Whatever the design element is, we work to make it happen,” Beechen & Dill Homes Director of sales Bob Williams said.

Greystone Ridge represents Beechen & Dill’s long-awaited return to community development in Orland Park. The family owned firm’s history with the prized southwest suburban village spans over 25 years and includes the completion of six previous single-family home communities in the village.

“We’re proud to be a part of the village’s rich history and even more excited to be adding to its future,” said Dill, an Orland Park resident himself.

The 51,000-resident village has been ranked among Money Magazine’s 100 best small cities in America, recognized specifically for its top-rated schools, vast recreational opportunities and high quality of life. As the Southland’s main commercial hub, meanwhile, Orland Park boasts many of the region’s top shopping, dining and entertainment destinations as well as a touch of historical charm at its burgeoning century-old downtown area.
