Bob Williams
Bob WilliamsVice President - Sales

When you walk into your new home, this guy loves seeing the smile on your face. As the VP of Sales for Beechen & Dill, Bob ensures your home building experience is top-notch from when you first walk into the sales office, to when you open the door of your new dream home. Bob is a certified New Home Sales Professional who remains an active member of the Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association, and served many years on the board of the Sales & Marketing Council. He loves spending time with his wife and kids, cooking, and traveling.

Matt Dill
Matt Dill President

A family man and President of Beechen & Dill Homes, Matt Dill is a second-generation home builder. He grew up in the business working with numerous trades, really learning the craft from the ground up. After earning a business degree at the University at Iowa, he worked at a national home building company before returning to Beechen & Dill Homes to dedicate his time to making BDH into what it is today. Recently Matt served as President of the local home builders association(SSHBA) and currently serves on the board of directors. When not in the office or out in the field, Matt enjoys skiing, running, and spending quality time with his wife and four kids.

Ed Kubiak
Ed KubiakVice President - Construction

Since he could walk, Ed was immersed in the home building world, and that carried him right to Beechen & Dill Homes. After graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in Construction Management, Ed worked with the nation’s largest public home builder and then owned and operated his own custom building company. Fast forward nearly 17 years later, and he’s using his education and experience to lead construction projects on some of the most cutting-edge and energy efficient custom homes in Chicagoland. In his spare time, Ed enjoys coaching sports for his two boys, traveling with his family, and cooking.


Jolene Sherwood
Jolene SherwoodDirector of Marketing

A keen attention to detail, and a desire to learn and execute new and innovative marketing techniques and practices is what Jolene Sherwood is all about. Jolene brings these leading edge marketing skills to Beechen & Dill Homes with a degree from Hope College in English and Communications, and over 6 years’ experience with direct response marketing and digital marketing. She comes from a strong background in budget development, marketing fundraising strategy, and print media. In her spare time she loves the outdoors and spending time with her husband and friends.

Kristina Pyla
Kristina PylaSales & Selections Coordinator

With over 11 years’ in the home design and sales industry, Kristina has the field experience, education and working knowledge of leading edge design strategies, selection best practices, and sales operations. Kristina graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in Interior Design, and from there she started her journey into the home building industry, working for some of the largest names in the industry. With a contagious, joyful personality, she is sure to keep you genuinely excited about the home design experience – from conception to sections, and all the way to standing inside your beautiful, new Beechen & Dill Home. Rest assured that Kristina thinks of you just as family, and she will be sure everything is just as you imagined it. In her spare time, she loves researching new home design trends and spending time with family.

Ken Wehrli

With over 30 years of building expertise, Ken has mastered guiding clients from the excavation through the drywall stage of building a new home. He prides himself in communicating thoroughly with the homeowner during all phases of the home building process. His motto is, “A clean, safe and accurate job site assures each home buyer the most enjoyable experience possible.”

Chris Grider
Chris GriderSuperintendent

Inspired every morning by the work he does, Chris brings a fresh eye and a friendly heart to Beechen & Dill. With over 15 years’ experience in construction, Chris orchestrates all parts of the home building process, ensuring our commitment to the customer is fulfilled to its maximum potential. When Chris is not on the construction site he’s fishing, camping, and attending concerts with his family.

Krissy Jenks
Krissy JenksCustomer Concierge

As the main coordinator and contact from closing through warranty, Krissy ensures all new homeowners are comfortable and taken care of, and that the post building process is hassle free. Krissy has been in the building industry for over 10 years. She uses her experience to complete all of Beechen & Dill’s Quality Assurance walks and Pre-closing Walk-throughs, as well as coordinates all home services. Krissy loves building new relationships with customers. She also loves spending time with her husband and two children, and watching movies and sports!

Barb Pech
Barb PechClosing Coordinator

With over 40 years of industry experience, Barb maintains Beechen & Dill’s relationships with preferred subcontractors and building trades, while also coordinating all aspects of the home closing process. Barb has extensive education and experience with general home building and contracting industry for commercial builders, custom homebuilders, and land developers. She has a vast understanding of the local marketplace, and has worked with some of Chicagoland’s most respected custom builders. When she’s not crunching numbers, Barb enjoys champagne Friday’s with her sister and spending time with her four grandchildren.

Monica Hubner
Monica HubnerCommunity Sales Consultant

Don’t you want a sales professional who’s been on the front lines of home building, and knows what it takes to construct a solid, tight constructed home? Well, then Monica’s your woman. After graduating from the College of DuPage in Criminal Justice, Monica went straight to new home construction as an installation coordinator. That’s where she worked with trades and got to know the new home construction process from the inside out. Monica’s taken that insider knowledge and applied herself to new home sales, and has been doing so for over a decade – with experience in selling luxury town homes to single family homes. Monica loves learning more about her clients, and finding them the home that fits their lifestyle. She also loves being involved in her two son’s lives, watching them play sports, travelling, and enjoying family time.

Tim Cronin
Tim CroninSales Assistant

He has a passion for sales, home building, and making a positive impact in people’s lives; plus, he loves a good slice of Chicago’s famous cheese pizza (preferably Palermo’s). Tim grew up in a family of builders, contractors, and developers, and graduated from Kalamazoo Valley-Criminal Justice Law Enforcement. After graduating, he became a leading salesman at Chicago’s Largest Volume Ford Dealership, providing him with the knowledge of helping others and extensive experience in high level sales. When you work with Tim, you truly work alongside him and genuinely feel the excitement about what he does spill into his work and ultimately your dream home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, preferably poolside or out on a lake!
