When you walk into your new home, this guy loves seeing the smile on your face. As the VP of Sales for Beechen & Dill, Bob ensures your home building experience is top-notch from when you first walk into the sales office, to when you open the door of your new dream home. Bob is a certified New Home Sales Professional who remains an active member of the Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association, and served many years on the board of the Sales & Marketing Council. He loves spending time with his wife and kids, cooking, and traveling.

Matt Dill
Matt Dill President

A family man and President of Beechen & Dill Homes, Matt Dill is a second-generation home builder. He grew up in the business working with numerous trades, really learning the craft from the ground up. After earning a business degree at the University at Iowa, he worked at a national home building company before returning to Beechen & Dill Homes to dedicate his time to making BDH into what it is today. Recently Matt served as President of the local home builders association(SSHBA) and currently serves on the board of directors. When not in the office or out in the field, Matt enjoys skiing, running, and spending quality time with his wife and four kids.

Ben Bowman
Ben BowmanDirector of Finance

He credits his strong work ethic to his parents, and because of that internal drive, Ben Bowman has made it from University of St. Francis with a degree in accounting to a variety corporate careers in financing. Now, as the Finance Director at Beechen & Dill Homes, Ben is utilizing his years of experience by communicating information that owners and managers need to evaluate the business and make better business decisions for the future. In his free time, he loves being outdoors and watching the Bears with his family!

Kathryn Arthur

With ten years of diverse experience in new home construction, Kathryn is committed to ensuring that the home building process is seamless from behind the scenes, so that the home buying process is polished and hassle-free up front for the home buyer. With a BFA in Interior Architecture from Columbia College Chicago and an MBA from Northern Illinois University, Kathryn knows her way around the construction site. Her keen attention to detail, and affinity for design make her the perfect person to manage a robust team of talented subcontractors and ensure you’re receiving the best product for the best price in your new home!

Amber Seilheimer
Amber SeilheimerPurchasing Coordinator

She has a love for numbers, a keen attention to detail, and has an affinity for solving problems! Amber is our solution to just about anything – transforming a difficult situation into instant gratification. With a degree in Accounting & Finance from Indiana Wesleyan, she came to Beechen & Dill Homes with a plethora of experience in office administration, but as most people know, Amber can do just about anything. We quickly realized her accounting skills, and she has settled in nicely as an outstanding Purchasing Coordinator. When Amber is not wearing multiple hats at work, she’s enjoying adventures with her 2 girls, reading, and discovering new music.

Barb Pech
Barb PechClosing Coordinator

With over 40 years of industry experience, Barb maintains Beechen & Dill’s relationships with preferred subcontractors and building trades, while also coordinating all aspects of the home closing process. Barb has extensive education and experience with general home building and contracting industry for commercial builders, custom homebuilders, and land developers. She has a vast understanding of the local marketplace, and has worked with some of Chicagoland’s most respected custom builders. When she’s not crunching numbers, Barb enjoys champagne Friday’s with her sister and spending time with her four grandchildren.

Jason Zimmer

Having grown up in Naperville, IL, graduated from Illinois State University, and now residing in Mokena, Jason Zimmer knows the Chicagoland suburbs like the back of his hand! That’s why he’s a lender we have grown to trust, rely on, and develop a partnership with. Jason has been a Chicago Five Star Mortgage Professional for the past 4 years. For this reason, and many more, he’s our leading professional and representative for Beechen & Dill Mortgage. For over a decade he has taken great pride in finding the perfect loan to fit client needs and keep them on track to meet their mortgage goals, all while closing on time. When he’s not working he’s spending time with his wife and 3 kids or busy coaching a variety of community sports!

Chris Grider

Inspired every morning by the work he does, Chris brings a fresh eye and a friendly heart to Beechen & Dill. With over 15 years’ experience in construction, Chris orchestrates all parts of the home building process, ensuring our commitment to the customer is fulfilled to its maximum potential. When Chris is not on the construction site he’s fishing, camping, and attending concerts with his family.

Quinn Henneberry

When he’s not boating or traveling, he’s on our job site making sure our homes are built with top-of-the-line care with only the best construction methods. As the former owner of his own landscaping business, Quinn has a strong background in product management, customer care, and service. With a background like that, it’s no wonder he has a natural ability to make customers happy with well-built new homes, and exceptional customer service – from the ground up! When you get the chance we hear he makes a mean batch of chocolate chip cookies!
