Matt Dill
Matt Dill President
A family man and President of Beechen & Dill Homes, Matt Dill is a second-generation home builder. He grew up in the business working with numerous trades, really learning the craft from the ground up. After earning a business degree at the University at Iowa, he worked at a national home building company before starting the next generation Beechen & Dill Homes. Recently Matt served as President of the local home builders association(SSHBA). When not in the office or out in the field, Matt enjoys skiing, running, and spending quality time with his wife and four kids.
Bob Williams

When you walk into your new home, this guy loves seeing the smile on your face. As the VP of Sales for Beechen & Dill, Bob ensures your home building experience is top-notch from when you first walk into the sales office, to when you open the door of your new dream home. Bob is a certified New Home Sales Professional who remains an active member of the Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association, and served many years on the board of the Sales & Marketing Council. He loves spending time with his wife and kids, cooking, and traveling.

Amber Seilheimer

She has a love for numbers, a keen attention to detail, and has an affinity for solving problems! Amber is our solution to just about anything – transforming a difficult situation into instant gratification. With a degree in Accounting & Finance from Indiana Wesleyan, she came to Beechen & Dill Homes with a plethora of experience in office administration, but as most people know, Amber can do just about anything. We quickly realized her accounting skills, and she has settled in nicely as an outstanding Purchasing Coordinator. When Amber is not wearing multiple hats at work, she’s enjoying adventures with her 2 girls, reading, and discovering new music.

Cameron Peldo

Cameron is our purchasing manager, responsible for procuring all labor and materials used to build our homes. Cameron has a Bachelor’s degree in Housing and Community Development from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Executive Management for design and construction from Northwestern University. Cameron followed his grandfather and uncle into the construction field. He takes great pride knowing our team builds high-quality homes. Cameron is baseball enthusiast and puppy aficionado. He lives with his fiancé and 3 dogs in Arlington Heights, IL.
Jason Zimmer

Having grown up in Naperville, IL, graduated from Illinois State University, and now residing in Mokena, Jason Zimmer knows the Chicagoland suburbs like the back of his hand! That’s why he’s a lender we have grown to trust, rely on, and develop a partnership with. Jason has been a Chicago Five Star Mortgage Professional for the past 4 years. For this reason, and many more, he’s our leading professional and representative for Beechen & Dill Mortgage. For over a decade he has taken great pride in finding the perfect loan to fit client needs and keep them on track to meet their mortgage goals, all while closing on time. When he’s not working he’s spending time with his wife and 3 kids or busy coaching a variety of community sports!

Joe Rice

Coming from a family of construction professionals, Joe knew at a young age that construction would be a large part of his future. Visiting job sites with his father was a common occurrence – one that has made Joe the knowledgeable, straightforward, and trustworthy professional he is today. Before solidifying his twenty-year span in construction, he was fortunate at the age of 18 to experience traveling across the United States & Canada. You can catch him brushing up on his historical knowledge or watching documentaries with his wife in his free time. Joe loves a challenge, but his biggest reward is seeing happy customers enjoying their new home!
