In the construction process, quality arrives with the installation of low-E glass windows, Thermo-Ply Protective Sheathing, top-grade insulation, flashing and subfloor details, foundation sealing, and airtight construction. Beechen and Dill further secures quality by using only first-rate products from established brands. Then, during the new home delivery process, we conduct a 15 point Quality Assurance Check, which tests critical home features such as the foundation, insulation, and home tightness. A pre-drywall inspection ensures Beechen and Dill quality and serves a daily part of our on-site field manager’s daily routine.
